Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

SECTION 11 - PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS WITH "TBI BANK"

TalkAboutLux.com provides Users with the opportunity to purchase goods on payment from the Site through a consumer credit granted by TBI Bank EAD (the Bank) under the following conditions: (1) Application conditions: - any person who is: over 18 years of age, a Bulgarian citizen or a foreign citizen who holds a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Bulgaria and a Bulgarian identity document can apply for a consumer loan,

- amount of consumer credit

- from BGN 150 out of BGN 10,000.

- term for repayment of the consumer loan

- from 3 months to 24 months.

- a loan application is made online through the TalkAboutLux.com website by selecting the "Payment in installments with TBI" option from the "Method of payment" when completing the order.

(2) Terms of purchase on installments: if you wish to purchase goods on installments, please note the following:

•  the total value of the ordered goods from a single order must be equal to or greater than 100 (one hundred) BGN, regardless of the number and the unit online selling price of the goods included in the order.
• the maximum total value of the goods from one order that can be purchased on payment is BGN 10,000 (ten thousand).
• you cannot purchase only part of the goods in a given order in installments - if the "Payment in installments with TBI" option is selected from the "Payment method", it always applies to all goods in the given order.
• you must apply to the Bank for the granting of a consumer loan and the Bank must approve the granting of the loan.
• an application to grant a user credit to pay for a specific order is made online through the Site, with the User selecting the "Pay installments with TBI" option from the "Payment Method" when completing the order. The user must choose a term for paying off the goods (from the possible options that are generated by the credit calculator based on the final value of the order), fill in the required data in the fields that open when selecting this option and press the "Finish" button the order".
• you can purchase goods on payment and apply for a consumer loan, both through your registered user profile and without registering on the Site - as a guest.
• after completing the order, an employee of the Bank will contact you. The procedure for approval and granting of the loan is carried out entirely remotely by an employee of the Bank under the conditions and procedures of the Bank. Please follow the instructions you will receive. At each stage of the procedure, an employee of the Bank will send you a message or contact you.
• !"TalkAboutLux.com" does not send messages and cannot give you information about the status and outcome of the consumer credit granting procedure, but only about the status and execution of the order.
• The ordered goods are delivered to the User only after the Bank approves the granting of the consumer credit. The delivery period begins after the Bank notifies "TalkAboutLux.com" that the User has been granted a consumer credit that fully covers the price of the ordered goods from the relevant order.
• In the event that the Bank does not approve the granting of consumer credit, the order is automatically considered rejected, "TalkAboutLux.com" has no obligations for its fulfillment and the relations between "TalkAboutLux.com" and the User under this particular order are terminated, for which "TalkAboutLux.com" notifies the User at the e-mail address specified by him. The user can order the same goods again by choosing another payment method.
• in case of refusal of the contract, cancellation or termination of the contract for purchase and sale, the goods under which were purchased on payment with consumer credit, with the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, the User gives his express consent and orders "TalkAboutLux.com" to transfer the price of the goods purchased for payment directly to the Bank, instead of returning it to the User. The transfer is carried out after the User returns the purchased goods to "TalkAboutLux.com" in the form, under the conditions and within the terms specified in Section XII "Cancellation of the contract and replacement". The user declares that with the transfer of the amounts to the Bank, there will be no claims against "TalkAboutLux.com" regarding the price of the goods purchased on payment and its return. The consumer settles completely and only with the Bank all issues related to the consumer credit agreement.

(3) Conditions for granting consumer credit by the Bank:

• All conditions and procedures in connection with the provision of the consumer credit (conditions for application, criteria and approval procedure, repayment period, number and amount of repayment installments, interest and fees on the loan, settlement of relations in case of arrears and default on the loan and etc.) are determined unilaterally only by TBI Bank EAD.
• The terms of the consumer credit specified on the Site (principal, interest, fees, term, installment amount, APR, etc.) are predetermined by the Bank and cannot be changed by "TalkAboutLux.com", nor be subject to renegotiation between "TalkAboutLux.com" and the User.
• "TalkAboutLux.com" does not participate in any way in the financing of the consumer credit, as well as in any of the relations that arise between the User and the Bank in connection with crediting, including but not limited to the determination of the conditions for applying for a loan, the approval or refusal of lending, determining the terms and duration of the loan agreement, in case of default - in taking the actions provided for in the law related to enforcement, etc.
• "TalkAboutLux.com" is not a party to the consumer credit agreement. The User enters into a consumer credit agreement only and solely with the Bank, and all relations in connection with the conclusion, execution and non-execution of the consumer credit agreement are settled entirely and only between the User and the Bank.

(4) Please note that for the purposes of applying for a consumer loan, you will provide your personal data, which will be processed by the Bank as a personal data administrator according to the Bank's privacy policy. Please familiarize yourself with the data privacy policy of "TalkAboutLux.com" and the Bank in more detail.

• SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
  

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 12.1 - PRODUCTS SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

All products sold on talkaboutlux.com are sourced from verified suppliers and are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. As a retailer based in the European Union, we comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

We ensure that all products meet applicable safety and labeling standards. While most of our products (clothing, footwear, accessories) do not pose significant safety risks, we take all reasonable precautions to prevent the sale of defective, counterfeit, or unsafe items.

If any product you purchase from us appears to be defective or raises a safety concern, please contact us immediately at sales@talkaboutlux.com. We are committed to cooperating with authorities in the event of product recalls or safety alerts.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

In no case shall Talk About Lux, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless "EASTERN LUX TRADING" LTD. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 22 - Currency & Euro Adoption in Bulgaria

In accordance with the official adoption of the euro as the national currency of Bulgaria, effective January 1, 2026, all prices displayed to Bulgarian consumers will be shown in both BGN (Bulgarian Lev) and EUR (Euro).

This follows the fixed conversion rate set by the European Union:
1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

The dual display of prices will be available until December 31, 2026, in line with national and EU regulations. During this period, both BGN and EUR may be used for payments in Bulgaria.
For international customers, local currencies will continue to be shown and accepted depending on location and payment method.
