DELIVERY

For the team of TalkAboutLUX.com it has always been a priority to deliver Your orders in a fast and easy manner, that is why we are using a few delivery companies to ensure and guarantee the delivery.

The deliveries of TalkAboutLUX.com usually take 1-2 working day for products available in our warehouse in Bulgaria and 4-8 working days for products available in our warehouses in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden and Australia, depending on your preferred delivery method and the location of ordered products. Please note the each delivery has 1-2 working days handling time.

The cost of the delivery is not included in the price of the goods:

• The cost of each delivery varies depending on the delivery address, destination country and delivery methods. On the window with the order, the cost of the delivery will be automatically calculated by the system. The delivery time is mentioned under the delivery method chosen by You. Deliveries arrive through UPS Express, DPD, DHL Express, FedEx.
• Deliveries in Bulgaria arrive through Econt Express.

• All orders over 150 EUR have delivery completely FREE of charge.

Once Your order is received and processed, You will receive a tracking N and a link where You can trace Your package. Please keep in mind that it takes 2 working days for the carrier to activate the tracking number.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times under conditions beyond our control.

Attention! Some small locations, which have special delivery schedules by carriers, can cause deviations in the above-mentioned delivery terms.

The client is responsible to ensure access and possibility to receive the delivery, and TalkAboutLUX.com is not responsible for delayed deliveries in case the client indicated an incomplete or an incorrect address and/or has indicated an incomplete or incorrect phone number.

In case we cannot execute an order because of lack of stock of the ordered items, one of our employees will inform You as soon as possible. In this case, you can receive Your order at a later stage, confirming the exact date in advance with You.

We reserve the right to send You all articles and items bought by You in one and the same delivery, besides in the cases when we have Your written approval.

In case you choose payment with a bank transfer, the platform of the store will provide you the needed information for the bank transfer. With this method of payment, after You receive a confirmation of Your order, the due amount needs to be paid in advance through bank transfer. You will have to wire the amount of the order and the amount of the delivery and indicate in the field “reason for transfer” the number of Your order. You shall be informed via email or via telephone whether the items ordered are available as well as about the final amount of the transfer.

Attention! Please do not rush to make bank transfers before our employee has confirmed the availability and the final amount.
